Li Nan was a little excited, "Even those birdmen in Angola can fight like this with the Americans, why can't we?"
Director Gong had never seen the match between the US team and Angola, but when he thought about the Angolan people's style, he knew what was going on.
"You mean the focus is on defense?"
"That's right! It's defense!"
Li Nan paused for a moment, then continued:
"Every time we lost by 60 to 70 points, we were fooled around. This time, why don't we set a small goal? For example, this time we set the goal to not let the American team score more than 100 points, and we lost by less than 40 points."
Angola only allowed the US team to score 87 points, and lost by only 33 points. We won Angola and our target is here, which makes perfect sense.
Director Gong nodded.
At this time, Li Nan added fuel to the fire and said with a serious face: "Coach, this is a game! We can't come to training every time, we have to learn something. Even if we can't win the game, we have to try to make our opponents lose a layer of skin. Let them know that our Chinese team is not that easy to bully!"
…
(When he wakes up from his dream, this time, he will lead Chinese basketball to the top of the world!)
