On the west coast of a distant continent, a country rises from the dust of destruction. The flag of the two-headed bear flies high, allowing the fire of civilization to burn again in the wasteland. The shadow of the old world is still looming today, crazy and cruel monsters can be seen everywhere, and perverted and bloodthirsty gangsters are rampant. Who has really conquered you in this dirty and treacherous wasteland?
