It all begins when the protagonist downloads a game called The Fool (Beta). From that moment on, his life takes a completely different turn.
It's a text adventure game so crude it has no graphics or music, just lines of text and countless choices. Yet every choice in the game affects the player's fate, because on the other side of the game lies a real, unknown world!
Players cannot enter the other world or see what it looks like. They can only experience what the game character sees and hears at every turn through text.
As the game progresses, not only can its rewards materialize in reality, but all kinds of strange creatures from the game begin appearing in the real world as well.
