The lower realm is seriously polluted and the spiritual veins are completely destroyed. As a result, no one has ascended to immortality for hundreds of years. In the past, the immortals were either promoted due to the accumulation of merit or retired because of their age. This directly led to the shortage of lower-level staff in heaven, especially the lowest cleaning work. There was no one to do it, making many places in heaven full of garbage and dust. For the sake of the beauty and face of heaven, and in order to relieve the pressure of employment, heaven decided to activate emergency registration and temporarily select a cleaner from the lower realm.
