The empire's undefeated legend crashes down like a falling star, with only a few months left to live.
In the final month of his life, the uncrowned king Xiu meets a quiet little one who nonetheless weighs on his mind.
Xiu had already resigned himself to a quiet death. But with this little one to worry about in his manor, his thoughts gradually shift from “I have to arrange everything so Xiaoxiao will be safe after I die” to “I want to live and care for Xiaoxiao for the rest of my life.”
Xiaoxiao: Only that sickly man in a wheelchair needs looking after. I don't.
And so the frail, beautiful God of War (?) begins his pursuit of her.
Though Xiu takes care of her in every possible way, Xiaoxiao has just one rule when it comes to men: Keep men out of your heart, and your sword will be unstoppable!
Men will only slow her sword down!
One day, she hears Xiu pour out his heart and confess his feelings.
Xiaoxiao: Oh no. I really do like him!
