Chu Ye transmigrates to the world of Douluo Dalu, where he must bind himself to Qian Renxue with a life-and-death contract from the start to activate the System.
So, in the dead of night, Chu Ye goes looking for Qian Renxue all alone and, risking getting beaten to death, kisses the goddess Qian Renxue on the spot.
Qian Renxue: “You! How dare you kiss me? That was my first kiss!”
Chu Ye: “It was my first kiss too! Your first kiss, my first kiss, both our first kisses. Neither of us loses out!”
[Chu Ye and Qian Renxue are now bound by a life-and-death contract.]
[Contract One: Life and death are shared. Your lives are bound together. If either of you dies, the other will die too.]
[Contract Two: Shared cultivation. When you meditate and absorb Soul Power, an additional fifty percent of your gains will be given to the other person. If you cultivate together, your own cultivation speed will double.]
[Contract Three: Shared strength. You can borrow half of the other person’s power. For example, if the woman is currently at Soul Power Level 50, the man can borrow power equivalent to Soul Power Level 25.]
[Contract Four: Martial Soul compatibility increases by one hundred percent. Researching Martial Soul Fusion Skills will become much easier.]
[Contract Five: Telepathy. No matter how far apart you are, you can communicate without hindrance.]
