The Seven Axioms
Synopsis
In Jiangnan's wealthy town, watchmaker Chen Su carries on a craft passed down through seven generations. One morning, the second hand on the wall clock begins to move backward. Then fortune-telling hexagrams reverse, doctors' diagnoses reverse, and everyone's daily life turns upside down. The Seven Axioms collapse, throwing the world into chaos. Chen Su understands no grand principles. He only knows that no matter which way time flows, watches still need fixing and life still has to go on.
In this world, there are seven laws: time can be severed, space can be divided, cause and effect can be reversed, life can be dismantled, sound connects all paths, emotions take physical form, and reincarnation changes shapes.
All things are flawed because the seven laws have been displaced and tampered with by human hands.
With his needle, Chen Su sets time right; with sound, he restores order. He severs false causes, mends broken lives, shatters the cycle of reincarnation, and stitches the righteous path of the human world back together.
