A Million Fans Follow My Livestream, and the Best Actor Begs Me to Cook

[Livestreaming Food, Farming, and Raising Kids]

Zuo Qiongqiong transmigrated, ending up in a remote mountain village.

There was electricity, phone service, and internet, but she had nothing at all...

From the start, she had one room, two kids, mountains of pigweed, and more potatoes than she could eat.

Zuo Qiongqiong was so angry she threw a bowl. There was no way she could live like this!

Then she quietly picked up the bowl where it had rolled, since it was the only unbroken one in the house.

Wasn't starting over from scratch just part of life? Zuo Qiongqiong took out her phone and set up a tripod.

Other livestreamers sold sob stories, but Zuo Qiongqiong's streams were something else entirely. One second she was tossing food in a wok, the next she was making tofu carved like a flower, turning the potatoes she had in abundance into all kinds of dishes.

Everyone online knew that food blogger Zuo Fugui had a boyfriend who never showed his face. He was tall, with long, slender fingers, and supposedly looked 50 percent like a certain movie star.

But no matter how thoroughly her fans searched the internet, they couldn't find a single clear picture of the man's face.

In the end, the movie star was "forced" to respond: "I'm on a plane, just landed in Paris. Don't bring me into this, I'm single!"

At night, the frail-looking investment mogul wrapped an arm around Zuo Qiongqiong's waist and coaxed her softly. "Babe~ Let's have one, just one!"

She kicked him. "Get lost!"
