Investiture of the Gods: Jiang Ziya Helps the Crowd Break Off Their Engagements, and I Become King Zhou's Vanguard

Shen Wei transmigrates into the Investiture of the Gods world. By a twist of fate, he becomes Jiang Ziya's disciple and rises from an unknown soldier in Xiqi to become its vanguard marshal.

He thought that by helping Xiqi wage war against Shang and building up merit and fortune, he could earn godhood in the flesh during the Investiture calamity.

But when all five passes had fallen and Chaoge was just ahead, he received no reward.

His elite cavalry was taken away, and his command was stripped from him.

His beautiful fiance, Yi Jiang, was forcibly separated from him and made into Ji Fa's queen.

The heavenly mandate on the Investiture List that he had fought for half his life was ruthlessly taken from him.

Ten years of war, and in the end he was nothing but a pawn, discarded as soon as he was used!

Just as Shen Wei was about to break completely with Xiqi, the System awakened, ten years too late!
