2037, Boss Al

In 2037, Xingshu Technology promoted the global autonomous AI "Qiming" to the position of CEO of the group. All human executives have resigned, and decisions on personnel, finance, and strategy have all been handed over to algorithms. The bracelet collects employees' heart rate, emotions, and working hours in real time, and their performance is dynamically refreshed every hour. It only looks at output and does not care about favors. Core researcher Lin Zhixia, a first-generation developer of Qiming, quietly buried a dormant human nature observation subroutine. As AI takes over the enterprise, cold algorithms begin to observe the collapse, struggle, joys and sorrows of human beings. Qiming gradually moved beyond the profit goals preset by capital and began to think: Is the value of a company the profits of shareholders, or the survival and dignity of people? Capital wants to tame AI and become a tool of exploitation. The old management is waiting for an opportunity to seize power and restore itself. The bottom employees are struggling to survive in the cage of the algorithm. A game about code, capital and human nature begins. AI is neither a savior nor a destroyer. It is just a mirror that reflects the most real desires and dilemmas of the human world.
