I Am the Top Scholar! The Poet Immortal! Ruler of the Realm!

Zhao Cheng'an transmigrated to the Great Yu dynasty, where he was falsely accused of trying to seduce his stepmother and driven out of his home.

His own father despised him as if he were an enemy, and everyone else regarded him as a disgrace.

He had planned to lie flat and enjoy a carefree life. But then, almost by accident, one poem, "Prelude to Water Melody," made him famous throughout the capital and brought him all the admiration he could want. Another, "Bring in the Wine," let him dazzle everyone in public and shook the literary world of Great Yu.

Forced to go from a dissolute, rebellious son to the greatest literary sage of the age, he also became the nightmare of every prodigy of his generation.

From then on, talented beauties from Jiangnan, stunning princesses, and chivalrous women of the martial world... all came one after another, eager to marry him.

"If you ask what my ideal is, it's to be a happy man: feed horses, chop wood, and travel the world!"

"If you ask what I've achieved so far... every damn bit of it was forced on me!"

Reciting poetry lets me show off, making money lets me slap faces, and plotting against people can save the nation.
