The Ascetic Commander's Favorite

In the winter of 1972, Su Tang was forced to marry into the Lu family. Lu Yanhan, the third master of the Lu family, is a well-known cold-faced military officer. It is rumored that he has the fate of a Buddhist, who is hard-working, denies relatives, and has no heirs. Even Bodhisattva cannot overcome his evil spirit. Everyone said that if Su Tang married, she would either be a widow or be killed. But no one knew that it was not that Lu Yanhan was not a womanizer, but that he had an old wound in his heart. In his dreams, there was always a girl in a white dress who blocked the gun for him on a snowy night. On the first night that Su Tang married into the Lu family, he warned coldly: "Don't touch me, don't have delusions, don't ask about it." Later, when Su Tang was bullied, he supported her; when Su Tang fell ill, he braved the snow all night to seek medical treatment; when Su Tang was rumored, he held her hand in public. Later, someone asked him: "Master Lu, didn't you say that the sons of the Buddha will not be close to women if they have no heirs?" Lu Yanhan took the infant little dumpling into his arms and said with a cold face: "If the Buddha saves all living beings, I will save her."
