Three hundred years ago, the spiritual energy of heaven and earth suddenly changed, and 30% of the spiritual energy was contaminated by strange "foul gas". After absorbing the polluted spiritual energy, the immortal cultivator will become possessed and become a "zombie" (zombie) who only knows how to devour living beings. The higher the cultivation level during life, the more terrifying the power will be after the corpse transformation: the zombie cultivator in the Qi refining stage has infinite power and is not afraid of ordinary swords; the corpse cultivator in the foundation building stage can control foul air to corrode magic weapons; the zombie king in the golden elixir stage can summon hundreds of miles of zombies and even retains some of his fighting instincts before death. In the past, there were only ten immortal cultivating sects left. The survivors gathered in major shelter cities and survived by forming hunting teams to hunt down corpse cultivators and collect resources. Corpse cultivators would condense "filthy crystals" in their bodies, which are the core materials for purifying spiritual energy and practicing skills.
