After Dressing up as the County Magistrate's Widow, I Opened an Evidence Shop

When Su Yao opened his eyes, the coffin nails had already fallen half an inch. A modern cultural relic restorer is dressed as the widow of a county magistrate who died suddenly. Her late husband was about to be buried, and her tribe forced her to hand over her family property. A dowry box oozing red water was also to be burned on the spot. Everyone was waiting for her to accept her fate, but she stopped the official in public with a red thread, a lock mark and an altered dowry bill. Since the government did not allow the widow to inquire about the case, she opened an evidence shop next to the county government office - not judging the case, only keeping the truth; not asking about wealth, only asking about where she came from. Starting from a penny commission, she left evidence for the women whose dowries were taken away, the female workers whose wages were stolen, and all the people whose names were erased by the powerful. But when clues point to her late husband's private seal and the abandoned salt warehouse, she discovers that the most dangerous secret may be hidden within the county government. The cold-faced inspector Gu Xingzhou set limits at every step, so she forced him and everyone else to abide by her own rules. "Mr. Gu, if you want to take evidence, please sign first."
