Introduction to "Circuit Board Wave"
Three rural youths from the Suihe Plain in northern Jiangxi and the water town of Xundu in northern Jiangxi rushed to Shenzhen, which was experiencing a heat wave at the turn of the century. Brothers Ding Hong and Ding Hongsheng took root in the PCB manufacturing workshop and founded Xinzhong Workshop to delve into the production of large-volume circuit boards; Jiang Yuantao understood the pain points of the industry and founded Chuanglian Circuit, aiming at the engineer model track that was ignored by large manufacturers.
The three of them went their own way at first. As the industry expanded, they gradually faced each other head-on. Price wars, technology theft, capital instigation, and competing products ensued one after another. After a long game, they put aside their barriers and promoted industrial integration, opening up the entire industry chain of sample proofing, mass manufacturing, component supply, and circuit design software.
Outside of business wars, my hometown is always the anchor in my heart. Traveling between urban and rural areas all year round, they face the fetters of rural relationships and the conceptual gap between the two generations. As their wealth and career expand, they constantly look back at the fields where they were born and raised. After going through mergers and acquisitions, environmental turmoil, and IPOs, grassroots entrepreneurs competed and supported each other in the manufacturing wave, and finally explored the original intention of the industry, witnessing that the welding flowers continued and the land lasted forever.
