In 2147 AD, the earth's resources were exhausted, and mankind turned its attention to the solar system. The Federal Mining Bureau was established to cultivate special talents-"interstellar miners", who drive customized spacecraft across eight planets to collect rare elements. Lin Chen, a retired special forces soldier, was recruited by a mysterious organization to become the No. 99 Miner, but found that this profession was far more than just mining. From the "cinnabar crystals" under the polar ice of Mercury to the "taibai gold" in the sulfuric acid clouds of Venus; from the "fluorescent magnet" in the remains of ancient civilizations underground on Mars to the "core of the age star" in the eye of Jupiter's storm - behind every element lies the ancient secrets of the solar system.
When Lin Chen's spacecraft "Chenxing" traveled through the rings of Saturn to collect "star dust", it accidentally activated the star gate system hidden inside the planet. It turns out that the solar system is a giant magic circle set up by ancient civilizations, and the eight planets correspond to the eight original forces of the universe. The so-called "rare elements" are the key to driving the magic circle. Forces from all sides have appeared one after another: the Federation's "Deep Space Project", the inter-galactic conglomerate "The Ring Group", the "Star-Suppressing Clan" who claim to be the ancient guardians... Lin Chen must uncover the mystery of the true origin of mankind through mining, fighting and decryption, and make a destiny-changing decision before the upcoming "Great Reset" of the solar system.
