Forging the Wasteland with Broken Rites: Ten Thousand Ancestors Return to the Void

The myriad races trample the Desolate Domain. The Heng clan's ancestral shrine has been reduced to wasteland, and the clan survives beneath the stigma of having falsified the annals of all ages. When powerful enemies smash the shrine's stele, the young Si Heng uses his lifeblood mark to activate the shattered sacrificial altar, awakening the ancient ancestors of the Desolate Domain, erased from the memories of the world. One shrine bears the souls of ten thousand; one sacrifice subdues the heavens. He will tear the lies apart and restore the Heng clan, long consigned to oblivion, to its eternal glory in the Desolate Domain.
