The Book of All Thoughts

His grandfather left him a funeral paper shop, half a blank notebook, and a burned-out building. From the day Chen Nian took over the shop, every funeral paper order he completed let him sense the memory the deceased had cherished most in life, allowing him to pass on the words they never got to say to those still living. The old street is slated for demolition, and the shop is the last one left. Death is not the end. Being forgotten is. In this shop on the verge of disappearing, he catches the final thought of the living world for those who have been forgotten.
