Yesterday, with a Hint of Mint

Pei Sigong, an orphan whose story is full of youthful regrets, spent five years studying abroad on a government scholarship. In his fourth year, he collapsed in class and was diagnosed with congenital heart disease. After treating it alone in a foreign country for half a year, he returned home. Reunited with Yao Yao, his childhood friend from the orphanage, he deliberately keeps his distance and hides his illness. A duet on stage brings them a brief moment in the spotlight, followed by the recognition and affection he had waited so long for. But the illness he was born with has already written an ending full of regret.
