A catastrophe without warning descended from the void.
A rift in space and time suddenly split the sky, stretching across an entire hemisphere. No one knew where it came from or why it had opened. Beyond the rift lay desolation and chaos that belonged to no known universe. Countless unknown horrors poured through into the human world. Technology collapsed, order went up in flames, and the land became a battlefield. Human civilization struggled to survive amid the sudden apocalypse.
No one knew that this world-ending disaster was the ashes left behind after another Earth had burned to nothing, spreading into our world through a wound in space and time.
