[Online Game + Virtual World Descends on Reality + Ruthless Protagonist + Power Fantasy]
Just as Chen Yuan is trapped in a desperate predicament, a life-changing online game called Counterattack goes live.
The first thing to do after logging in is open a beginner's mystery box.
[Congratulations! You have won a special item: Daily Mystery Box (Unique Across All Servers)]
[Quality: Legendary Gold]
[How to Use: Put in any item to open the mystery box. Limited to three times a day. Resets at midnight.]
[Special Note: The more valuable the item you put in, the better your chances of winning a high-quality reward. You are guaranteed not to lose out!]
The instant the mystery box appears, Chen Yuan can already see himself owning a full set of Legendary Gold gear in the near future and sweeping every server! Achieving extraordinary feats will be a piece of cake. He'll reclaim everything his father worked for, and bring down the Qiyuan Group before long!
As he explores the game more deeply, Chen Yuan draws ever closer to his goal of revenge, and grows more certain that his instincts are right.
Counterattack might be more than just a game...
