Mu Qiyu was once a nobody, nervously working for a Demon God. Then one day, she ate the food the Demon God had someone deliver to her, and died! Mu Qiyu thought that was the end of her, but who knew she'd come back to life the very next second? Wait, had she transmigrated?
Confused, Mu Qiyu stuck to the principle that if no one messed with her, she wouldn't mess with them, and took life easy. But why did it feel as though some unseen hand was always pushing her forward? Maybe. She'd wait and see. No, wait! Had she just stumbled upon a shocking secret?
For the sake of all living beings, she stopped taking it easy. But people suddenly began to realize she wasn't quite what she seemed. How could the useless girl everyone knew be the greatest swordswoman of all?
And who exactly was this Demon God? This wasn't how things were supposed to go!
But why was she growing more and more distant from everyone...? How many mysteries were still out there, and what was the truth...?
A few notes:
1. I'm a new author, so my character development and plot may not be especially nuanced.
2. The heroine won't fall in love with anyone; this is a no-romance story. Feel free to ship whoever you like, but if the book is completed, I'll write a short bonus story about her relationship with each character.
