I chose to start the chapter by starting from the suffering of ordinary people involved in the telecom fraud in northern Myanmar. Instead of piling up the sense of system satisfaction, I first wrote about the powerlessness and resentment of former National Security Bureau member Li Mo. This grievance of family and country hidden in the lives of ordinary people is the foundation for activating the system of punishing evil and promoting good. The details of the flag in the water prison were based on real rescue news. I deliberately downplayed the big fights and focused on the tender moments after the rescue. I wanted to create the image of a secret guardian who "does not want fame, but just returns home for his compatriots." The emotional gap between the suppression at the beginning and the explosion during the rescue took a long time to polish.
