My Ministers, Who Put the Yellow Robe on Me?

Han Lie transmigrates into an ancient dynasty and is exiled to Liaodong from the start.

In Liaodong, he takes in refugees, builds cities, establishes new schools, and reforms the fields...

It's not as if he has done anything major. He's merely made sure the soldiers and civilians under his command have food to eat, clothes to wear, homes to live in, and work to do!

The capital is in danger, so Han Lie leads his army to defend the emperor. As autumn winds begin to turn cold, he wakes up one day to find a yellow robe draped over him.
