A Kiss Drowned in Farewell, and He Lost Control Again

Original title: A Good Ex, Who Should Be as Good as Dead After a Breakup

Cool, stubborn innocent beauty x shameless domineering CEO + the remorseful pursuit of an ex + possessive coercion

Shen Ling falls from a stunt wire while Wen Yan is at a nightclub welcoming his childhood sweetheart.

The night Shen Ling finds out she's pregnant, Wen Yan doesn't come home.

The next day, he turns up at the set with a radiant-looking woman, casually takes Shen Ling's role away, and says he'll make it up to her.

So high and mighty, as if granting her a favor.

Later, at a nightclub, Shen Ling is egged on to kiss her new boyfriend.

Wen Yan doesn't even notice as his cigarette burns down to his hand. His eyes blaze with barely contained jealousy and rage as he pulls her close in the dark and bites her lip until it breaks.

"Can you really handle satisfying two men at once?"

He regrets it and chases after her, but she couldn't care less and keeps climbing higher.

Wen Yan can only watch helplessly as she, pregnant, laughs and chats with another man while discussing their engagement.

As if she is about to begin a new life.

Using drunkenness as an excuse, Wen Yan pulls her into his arms. The six-foot-something man has tears in his eyes:

"Lingling, please come back. I'd give you my life."

"Please don't leave me..."
