The Soldier King at the End of the Song Dynasty

In the final years of the Northern Song Dynasty, the ruler is incompetent, ministers are corrupt, and powerful eunuchs run the court.

The Jin Dynasty rises swiftly, the Liao Dynasty occupies the Yan-Yun region, and the Song Dynasty sings and dances in an age of peace.

Ling Feng transmigrates into the body of a death-row prisoner in Xiongzhou. From the start, he faces the defeat of 150,000 Song troops guarding the frontier.

To stay alive, he has no choice but to join a suicide squad and venture deep into Liao territory to rescue someone.

After returning from the rescue mission, he becomes a condemned soldier in the prison fortress.

Starting at the very bottom of the pecking order, he kills gods who stand in his way and Buddhas who block his path, forging a mighty iron cavalry.

Zong Ze, Yue Fei, Han Shizhong, Wu Jie!

The land still has men of iron and bone.

Liang Hongyu, Li Shishi, Li Qingzhao, Zhao Fujin!

This realm still has tenderness and love.

With a butcher's blade in hand, Ling Feng destroys enemy forces, eliminates the Six Bandits, restores the realm, and climbs to the heavens one step at a time!
