Strange Tales and Anomalies? I Don't Care What You Are, Take This Hit!

Lu Guan, a "deer lost to death" summoned by anomaly SSS-05, the "Wish Machine," wakes up inside anomaly SSS-81, the "God of Gambling's Invitation," where he's forced to play Russian roulette for his life against the God of Gambling!

After dying once, Lu Guan awakens a conceptual talent with the help of the Anomaly Containment System: Sleight of Hand. He wins the "Joker" card from the God of Gambling, a card that can turn him into an immortal!

To Lu Guan's amazement, this ability lets him steal just about anything:

You know martial arts? You have superpowers? You have anomalous items? He'll steal them all!

Lu Guan even develops Sleight of Hand into the Nutcracker Fist and the Petal-Scattering Finger, moves that work on men and women alike and put anyone who dares defy him in their place!

That's not all. He steals the limits of his body to grow infinitely stronger, steals the concept of time to become immortal, steals space to teleport, steals abilities, and steals negative status effects. If you can think of it, he can steal it.

With Sleight of Hand, Lu Guan gains all kinds of strange and powerful abilities.

Ability: Immortal Mode

Any kind of attack, damage, or control directed at you is converted into energy that charges the Joker card. Once it's fully charged, you'll gain the power of an immortal for five seconds!

When he encounters a rules-based anomaly, Lu Guan says, "I don't care what kind of weirdness you are. Immortal Mode, right now!"

Splitting Fruit: Every part of your body gains its own consciousness and can split apart or rejoin at will. You also gain the ability to fly!

Lu Guan: "Sorry, I'm not human anymore..."
