The father of the empress Wu Zetian, the warrior Xun, died in battle to save Tang Wang Li Shimin, and he was given the posthumous title of Duke Ying. The posthumous son Yuan Qing was bullied by his half-brother Yuan Qing and Yuan Shuang, and was accepted as a disciple by Yuan Tiangang. He founded Zhongnan Taoism, named Qingfeng. Hou Xiang helped the empress ascend the throne and died in battle, nicknamed Emperor Wu. His descendants inherited the title of Duke of Yingguo and the leader of the martial arts alliance.
