“Senior Brother, why is the person at the top of the Merit List of Heaven and Earth called the Demon Lord?”
His senior brother gazed at him with reverence. “Lord Demon means that after him, there will be no more demons in the world!”
Just then, Li Zhan, standing beneath the Merit List, was troubled. “I’m a villain! How can it make sense for me to be on the Merit List?”
He tried to blow up a spirit vein, only to trigger a surge in the spiritual energy of heaven and earth. He tried to kidnap a young heir from a prestigious family, only to cure his incurable illness. He wiped out an entire clan, only to discover they were all evil cultivators.
What on earth is going on? Am I not even allowed to be a villain anymore?
