After transmigrating to Damang, Chen Tianfang repaid a meal's kindness by campaigning for seven years and establishing an age of prosperity for the kingdom. He personally helped Li Anlan ascend the throne as empress.
But when his achievements grew so great that they threatened the throne, the kingdom discarded him once he was no longer useful. Chen Tianfang was consumed by rage.
Just then, the System appeared and offered him the best choice.
“Chen Tianfang, you have the heart of a wolf. Do you harbor treasonous ambitions?”
“As you wish!”
Chen Tianfang calmly turned away. He was done with this dynasty and this empress. He defected and founded a new dynasty of his own. The empress fell to her knees and begged for his forgiveness.
