[Reborn] [Face-Slapping Comeback] [Getting Rich in the 1980s] [Late-Life Romance]
Zhang Jianjun, a paralyzed old farmer who was angered to death by his two biological sons, is reborn in the 1980s.
In his previous life, he drained the family savings to put his sons through school and pay for their weddings, only to have them cheat him out of everything. After he became paralyzed, his daughters-in-law beat him to death with a feather duster.
When he opens his eyes again, it is the day his eldest son demands an outrageous 80,000 yuan bride price. Zhang Jianjun rips up his bankbook: "You'll get no money from me. If you want my life, come and take it!"
