When Xia Wei wakes up, he finds he has transmigrated into the eldest grandson of the Great Hao Empire!
His father, the Crown Prince, failed in his rebellion and set himself on fire. He is now the Eastern Palace's only surviving heir!
His imperial grandfather issues an edict stripping him of his status, removing him from the imperial lineage, and confining him at the imperial tombs.
His uncles want to kill him to eliminate any future threat, and the ministers want to silence him. Xia Wei is surrounded by deadly peril!
They all want my life. If I don't fight back, I'm dead!
As the winds of change sweep across the realm, I plot my rise to power in confinement at the imperial tombs.
One day, the winds rise and thunder splits the sky. The imperial grandson makes a stunning return!
