The dragon veins of the land are divided into nine branches.
Every ten years, when the dragon qi wanders, the Dragon Guardians must seal off the mountains and suppress the stone monuments.
But in the third year of the mountain seal,
Zhang Ziqiang, young master of the Dragon Guardians, was cruelly betrayed by his wife, Lin Yixuan.
In pursuit of wealth and status, Lin Yixuan not only abandoned her husband and daughter and left for a distant land, but even handed him divorce papers on New Year's Eve.
Little did she know that the very next day, Zhang Ziqiang would be free of the restrictions. Not only did he take over the secretive Dragon Guardians, he also embarked on a path to rise to power across China.
Much later,
looking at Lin Yixuan collapsed before him, pleading desperately, Zhang Ziqiang stood with his hands behind his back, his expression neither pleased nor sorrowful.
"If you knew this day would come, why act as you did? A traitor cannot atone with death. I will make sure you live in suffering forever!"
