The King of Mobei

After fifteen years as the marquis's eldest son, cherished by everyone, you tell me I'm not your biological child?

I took the blame for your own son. You said you'd come rescue me, but I was exiled to the northern desert and forced to serve as a war slave for five years without seeing a single person from the marquis's residence?

When Grandmother fell seriously ill, I came back to visit. You told me nothing would change, that I would still be the marquis's eldest son. Do you think I'd believe you?

I only wanted to cure Grandmother. Why did you have to insult me and keep pushing me into a corner?

Fine, I'll come clean. I am the God of War of Great Qian, the King of the Northern Desert!

Begging me to forgive you?

There's no need. You're strangers to me.

The powerful want me dead?

Foreign kingdoms want me dead?

Even the emperor wants me dead?

No matter.

With my spear in hand, my battle-hardened soldiers will follow me!

Anyone who stands in my way will be swept aside.

From the frontier to the capital, from the court to the common folk,

wherever I go, the royal banners will fly!

When I looked back, the world had changed beyond recognition...
