Lin Yi was once the young master of the Lin family, but after the Second Madam seized power, his cultivation was crippled, and he and his gravely ill mother were driven from the family. His mother was then hounded to her death, unwilling to burden him. Afterward, the Second Madam tried to eliminate him completely, repeatedly sending people to hunt him down. By chance, Lin Yi obtained the legacy of the Heaven-Devouring Demon Emperor from the Divine Realm and awakened the strongest physique of all time, the Heaven-Devouring Demon Body. He avenged himself and, from then on, defied heaven itself: whoever stood in his way, god or Buddha, would be slain!
