Sweet Wife in My Arms: Professor, Let's Get Divorced!

Six months into their marriage, Wen Ranning and Gu Yanshen only have meaningful conversations at night. By day, he is the lofty professor of cardiothoracic surgery at the hospital, while she is an overworked intern at the bottom of the department. So she works herself to the bone, thinking that might narrow the gap between them. It is only when she is in danger and her husband unhesitatingly chooses another woman that she realizes no matter how hard she tries, she will never warm Gu Yanshen's heart. Wen Ranning accepts reality and decides to stop being a doormat. She presents him with a divorce agreement. “Professor Gu, let's get divorced!” He tears the agreement to shreds and throws her onto the bed. “Ningning, don't make a scene!”
