Faced with the current social reality of the decline of rural education and the migration of educational resources from rural to urban areas, a large number of rural primary schools have closed down. Small themes reflect big problems. From the perspective of rural teachers, this paper focuses on the social reality of the migration of educational resources from rural to urban areas. The efforts and hardships of rural teachers also reflect the impact and positive significance of this change on people's lives, especially students and parents.
