【Sweet romance, feel-good power fantasy, self-reliance, a sickly marquis, an arrogant young physician, transmigrate, court intrigue and business wars, a slow-burn romance】
After transmigrating into Su Xinran, the first thing she does is cut ties with her toxic family. She saves money, treats herself well, and plans to buy her freedom.
Unfortunately, people in the household scheme against her. By a twist of fate, she mistakes the sickly marquis for a cure, sleeps with him, then pulls up her skirt and runs.
The next day, Chunxi, a fellow maid, passes herself off as Su Xinran and claims the position of personal maid who shares the master's bed.
Just when Su Xinran is secretly celebrating, she finds that escaping her servitude is anything but easy. Her attempts to fake an illness and run away both fail!
By a stroke of luck, she reaches an agreement with the sickly marquis: she will help him deal with the injustices in his household, and he will help her soar beneath the wide-open sky.
With every advantage on her side, silver coins come pouring into her pockets.
Su Xinran opens her purse: “Oh, no, no, don't stop... It's full. Next...”
She thought theirs was merely a partnership based on mutual consent, but it ends up bringing them a beautiful marriage!
It's pretty and quite interesting. I'll save it.
