You Spoil the Concubine and Mistreat the Princess? I Won't Take the Blame

Synopsis: A brutal prince pursues love VS a clear-eyed little maid

Although Muluo is only a kitchen maid, she is breathtakingly beautiful, with skin like cream and a slender waist like a willow. Men fall for her at first sight, but she knows better than to become a plaything for the powerful. She is determined to preserve her freedom and live life on her own terms. Yet fate brings her together with the most violent of them all, the Ninth Prince. Muluo has no desire to climb the social ladder or become a pawn in the power struggles, so she decides to keep her distance from the prince and refuses to become his concubine. Instead, she works toward her own modest dreams. At last, when she comes of age and prepares to leave the manor to marry, the Ninth Prince, usually cold, merciless, and decisive, is left with red-rimmed eyes. He pins Muluo against the wall and kisses her desperately, crying pitifully, "Luluo, I think of you by day and dream of you by night. How can you leave me behind?"
