“You say I'm mentally ill? Stick your head out and let me chop at you once. Let's see whether I'll end up in a psychiatric hospital or you'll end up in the ICU.”
The washed-up superstar Qin Chuan is framed by a TV show as mentally ill and forced to leave the industry. His girlfriend and manager betray him together, making for a nightmare from the start.
No problem. I forgot I'm a transmigrator. I'll drop a smash hit with “Rice Fragrance,” turn public opinion around three times over, and take on the entire production team by myself.
First, I'll toy with the music scene. Second, I'll trample the variety-show world. Third, I'll shake the film industry to its core and tear open the entertainment business with my bare hands.
“Qin Chuan, stop now! At this rate, your popularity alone will rival the entire Chinese entertainment industry!”
