Live in Peace

"Why don't you let a good civil servant go and become a community secretary? What on earth do you think?" The newly appointed community secretary was not only scolded by her family, but also threatened by the people in the district: "If she dares to come, I have the ability to let her go!" "This Phoenix Community is a hot potato, and it will peel off if you touch it!" However, the new secretary Xu Meishu is not afraid. Not only does she dare to pick up this hot potato, but she is also good at picking it up! Phoenix Community, a demolition and resettlement community, was labeled as a weak and disorganized party organization. Because of the arrival of Xu Meishu, it transformed into a national model community. At the level of community cadres, we insist on strengthening good conduct and discipline with a strict tone for those who have dishonest and duplicitous styles; at the level of the people, Xu Meishu insists on working hard to solve the problems of the people, solving problems such as building pigeon coops on rooftops and mobile vendors selling indiscriminately; at the level of community resources, Xu Meishu is always with the people, fighting against evil forces, changing properties, building teams, promoting community governance, co-construction, co-governance and sharing, and creating a happy home for people to live and work in peace and contentment.
