Who is Fan Rui?
Well, he's a monk. More precisely, he was a monk in his previous life.
Though he was framed and exiled to another world, a twist of fate granted him the miraculous art of Empowerment.
Weapons and magical treasures? I'll empower them! A treasure becomes a spirit treasure, and a spirit treasure becomes a sacred treasure! All you weapon refiners are nothing compared to me...
Demonic beasts and mystic beasts? I'll empower them! First-rank beasts become second-rank, and second-rank beasts leap straight to fourth-rank. Countless holy beasts want to be my underlings...
Good-for-nothings and talentless fools? I'll empower them too! Silver Mystics rise to Gold Mystics, and Gold Mystics become sages! No matter how poor their aptitude, I'll make them gods and saints...
I can empower everything under Heaven!
Faced with all the temptations of this other world, can he hold on to the calm, Buddha-like heart he once had?
