Evil Dragon Crazy Doctor

The protagonist himself is a poor man. After receiving the inheritance, he treats diseases and saves people. Does he have to pay money to buy medicine at the pharmacy? It is natural to accept money for treating diseases and saving lives. Why should we not accept money or a house from others? Is this righteousness? Is it an accident caused by the author's negligence? Can't write a book? Bad review!

I wrote this after reading 35% of it, and 80% of it ended badly.

To get the inheritance, you have to find clues yourself. As the protagonist, you are not decisive in handling things and have poor analytical skills.
