She Came from an Oracle

[Dragon-Taming Girl vs. The Grand Duke]

A sweet romance about two equally powerful leads

Little maid Zoe is secretly reading in the castle library.

Then she runs into the drunk duke.

He gazes at her through bleary eyes. "What are you doing here?"

Zoe tells a little lie. "I'm tidying up, my lord."

The sweet way she says "my lord" tugs at Horne's heartstrings.

"I thought you were waiting here just for me."

"I wasn't... Mm..."

Horne cups Zoe's cheek with one hand and kisses her deeply.

Zoe's protests melt against Horne's lips, tinged with the scent of alcohol.

In that moment, the two evenly matched souls begin a tangle of lives intertwined, like twisting vines.
