Just in Time for a Tipsy Summer Day

Things that I once thought were extremely simple suddenly collapsed after the college entrance examination. In her sophomore year of high school, Yu Yingying fell in love with Ren Xuxing, a freshman in the next class. She swore never to let the news come to light, but she was easily defeated by that gentle and bright young man time and time again. What she didn't know was that the boy had already traced her appearance with his fingertips in countless ordinary moments. The originally peaceful and boring high school life became beautiful and precious because of his intrusion. One day, the sensitive and timid girl was surrounded by people around her and grew up. The distance she yearned for gradually became clear, but the cicada chirping in June became the end of this beautiful dream. "We are going to the same city and become better adults together." "We'll stop here." After just one exam, Yu Yingying thought she would be greeted with freedom and ease far away from her homeland. Unexpectedly, what greeted her was endless loneliness and the reality she had been escaping from. She wanted to be a sunflower that grew toward the sun, but found that her roots had withered.
