Fate Emperor

A world beyond our own, filled with rare treasures, bountiful wonders, birds and beasts, demons and phantoms, tree spirits and mountain ghosts, and all manner of bizarre, supernatural creatures, as well as poisonous fiends and vicious monsters beyond imagination. This land, which had known peace for only a few centuries, has once more descended into an age of chaos and warfare. Out with the old, in with the new: it happens every day. Brothers turning against one another is nothing unusual. Here, no power lasts forever, and no brotherhood shares good times and bad. This is a land of sin, where everyone lives in fear, never sure they’ll see the next day. No one knows whether, a second from now, their head will still belong to them. Killing, killing, endless killing: slay his god, destroy his soul, then wipe out his essence in the underworld. Madness, madness, lawless madness: eat his flesh, crush his bones, scatter his ashes, sever his path to immortality, cut off his road to the next life. Then erect a tombstone that reads: no flesh, no bones, no ashes, no god, no soul, no spirit, no next life. I’ll make sure you never reincarnate. Bloodshed is only the method of killing; severed limbs are only its outward signs. A river of blood and a landscape strewn with corpses are the true essence of killing. Everyone calls me a madman. Only I know that my killing isn’t for the sake of killing. It comes from the need to protect, to protect every blade of grass and every tree I care about.
