Supernatural by Trade, Sports Superstar on the Side

Chen Ye is a peculiar sports superstar.

He has broken several world records across different disciplines and even surpassed the limits of human strength, yet...

He turns down ads and endorsements, hates being filmed, barely speaks in front of the camera, refuses to take photos with fans or sign autographs, lacks professionalism, skips training and slacks off, gives halfhearted interviews, lives on a whim, has no love for sports or any of the events he competes in, disappears without a trace, and even likes to swear?

Is that really how a world-class superstar behaves?

Everyone agrees that Chen Ye still thinks of himself as an ordinary person and has no awareness of his status as a global superstar.

Chen Ye has only this to say:

“My main job is being a superhuman. I moonlight as a sports superstar to make a little cash. Who takes a little side gig that seriously?”

[A feel-good modern story. You can enjoy it even if you know nothing about sports!]

[Early on, various sporting events prove his abilities and improve his physical fitness. By the middle, he reaches the limits of the human body. In the end, he becomes Homelander and won’t eat beef!]
