Su Chen used to be a food streamer. After transmigrating, he discovers that he's the owner of a prepackaged-meal company on the verge of bankruptcy.

To pay his employees the last of their subsidies, Su Chen decides to cook for them himself and work off the debt!

Rich but never greasy braised pork, fragrant and sweet Longjing shrimp,

Tofu pudding in both sweet and savory varieties, and long-lost ancient dishes.

As one delicious dish after another appears on the cafeteria tables, the few employees left at the company are stunned!

"Boss, I've got an old classmates' reunion tomorrow. Can we hold it here at the company? I'll pay!"

"Boss Su, it's my mother-in-law's birthday. Sorry to trouble you... I'll pay extra!"

"Boss! A classmate of mine wants to come work here. They don't even care about the salary, as long as they get the staff meals!"

A few months later.

Su Chen sits in his office chair, looking at the office area where desks once stood. Now it's filled with dining tables, and every seat is taken.

"I... just wanted to pay off that little debt. How did I end up turning the company into a restaurant?"

As Su Chen continues making all kinds of delicious food, a letter from far away arrives one day and leaves him deep in thought.

"Boss Su, we'll be counting on you to host our foreign guests this time."
