This Star Just Wants to Do Charity Work

Yang Fan transmigrates into the body of a superstar in a parallel world.

The good news: he is the male lead singer of the rising duo “Bluebird Legend.” The bad news: he has few lyrics and little presence, and is all about lying flat.

The bad news: his partner, Xu Junting, is unhappy with their equal split and has decided to break up the duo and go solo to become a diva. He faces unemployment, has barely any savings, and his prospects are a complete mess.

But... that’s how others see it. To Yang Fan, the good news is bad news, and the bad news is good news. The breakup has freed him from his shackles and given him more room to shine.

Years later, when a reporter interviews him, Yang Fan quietly opens his Charity Superstar System. Looking at the attribute points on the screen, he smiles and says, “As long as I can do charity, I’ll appear on any show. They just have to pay me.”
