Green meant a clear path. … And so Ye Wenjian transformed into the ultimate unstoppable carry, the nightmare of every other top laner and an undying god of war in the eyes of the audience. Every top laner who faced him was terrified and gave him the highest praise. Letme: “Playing against him, my hands don’t even shake anymore. I’m just completely done for.” Theshy: “I’d call him the super top laner.” Khan: “I, Kim Dong-ha, look like a clown next to him.” … After winning the championship at the Bird’s Nest, Ye Wenjian was interviewed as the Finals MVP. The host asked, “Your playstyle isn’t cautious at all. Why does everyone call you Steady Bro?” Ye Wenjian looked helpless. “Because my name is Ye Wenjian.”
